DESIGN

No two fields are the same.

In fact, even in one field alone, it's possible to have a variety of soil types and elevation. A subsurface drip irrigation system (SDI) focuses on utilizing every bit of ground for maximum results. Sandy, clay, loam; whatever the soil type, SDI makes it work. Each design is customized for your specific field.

Most drip systems are installed between 12 - 18 inches deep, depending on tillage practices and soil composition. Hills and terraces don't deter a subsurface drip irrigation system either. With the help of Netafim's low flow emitters, we're able to design an SDI system that gives the same pressure from the lowest point in a field to the highest.
